Dr. Comerota maintains the importance of the technique employed by the ATTRACT trial by using CDT with mechanical and pharmacomechanical methods along with key findings.

Key findings of the technique employed in the ATTRACT trial include an 86% reduction in thrombus burden along with a shorter infusion time, a lower dose of r-tPA in a high-volume infusion, and precise infusion leading to an improvement in efficacy and safety.
