John Cerminaro
Chief Financial Officer
John Cerminaro serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Thrombolex, Inc. He has extensive experience in finance, accounting, as well as operational strategy development and implementation. John was formerly the Chief Financial Officer for the Parker Health Group and held the role of Chief Investment Officer of the $1.4 billion Parker endowment. John has held Chief Financial Officer roles at a number of private equity and financial services firms throughout his career.
He received his undergraduate degree with a major in Management Information Systems from the SUNY Institute of Technology and received an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Illinois.
